Tai Chi Instructor

About

Annette Danielian has been studying the language of the body for most of her life. She began with dance as a child, building a foundation in rhythm, coordination, and expression. As a young athlete in Tehran, she trained in fencing on a youth foil team, where she developed the precision and mental discipline that still shape her teaching today.

Her curiosity deepened academically through a degree in biology, giving her a scientific understanding of how the body functions, adapts, and moves. Professionally, she built experience as a functional training instructor, a certified Breakletics coach, and a developer of her own training methodology integrating strength, mobility, endurance, and mindful movement. She also explored Chinese martial arts, including Wing Chun, gaining insight into internal energy and traditional movement philosophy.

In 2017, Annette began her official journey with Tai Chi, and recognized it as the practice that drew all of her threads together. She has devoted herself to Yang Style Tai Chi since, currently holding a Red grade recognized by the IR Tai Chi Federation and progressing toward Black grade. For Annette, Tai Chi is not a departure from everything that came before; it is where it converges.

At Wellnest, Annette guides participants through slow, deliberate movement that builds balance, internal awareness, and calm. Her classes welcome all levels. No experience is needed, only the willingness to slow down and listen to what the body already knows.
