Dr. Madlene Minassian

Dr. Madlene Minassian founded Wellnest Yerevan on a conviction: that Armenia's wellness community deserves a home built for the magnitude of its impact. As the country's first purpose-designed rental space for wellness and development practitioners, Wellnest exists to uplift and unify a growing community that seek transformation.

Madlene is a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation, an Erickson certified professional coach, and a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths coach. She has a Doctorate of Education in Leadership and Management and a Masters in Public Health with a focus on health services. She works with leaders, women in transition, students, and corporate teams, challenging them to align effective ambition with mission.

Her professional path reflects the range she brings to coaching. As Head of Public Affairs at Picsart, Armenia's first tech unicorn, she has led and scaled functions across content & community strategy, trust and safety, international marketing, learning and development, and corporate affairs. She also serves as an Adjunct Instructor at the American University of Armenia.
